Drum Circles
Drumming has been used as a deep Shamanic medicine which carries the potential to raise Spirit and extract unwanted energy.

Drumming can also be used in celebratory Ritual marking times of abundance and happiness. No matter what the event, drumming is a way to create and invite Community providing each member a chance for acceptance and inclusion.
Our monthly Drum Circles start by drumming in the space followed by two journeys one for ourselves the other for Community. We share after each journey for those who want to. We close with a brief meditation.

NOTE: To preserve the sacred nature of our Circles a formal inquiry is necessary before participation.
Benefits of Drumming
Drumming circles are a great way to begin learning about Shamanic journeying. I learned in my training that those who show up have already agreed to be in the circle for a predetermined amount of time. In order to maintain a safe space for all and keep it intimate I ask to approve your participation in advance.
